We must first understand the background of students, taking to account their generation, their initial knowledge about the topic, and their ability to pick-up throughout the lesson. As teachers, we must be flexible to be effective in learning throughout various ages of students.

I make sure my classes are fun and exciting, while at the same time focused and goal oriented. I balance making corrections and suggestions for improvement and letting my students direct the class.

Having teaching as my passion, I would like to improve my communication and teaching students  by immersing myself more on teaching. I believe teaching in any platforms gives two way learning.
