Why did you decide to teach? I've always had a passion for academics and coming from a background of inspiring line of teachers it became more easier to fall on love with teaching.

How do you think students learn best? I believe students learn best when lessons are engaging, interactive, and relevant to their lives. Every student is unique, so adapting teaching methods to their learning style, whether visual or auditory, enhances understanding and retention. Students thrive in a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. Active learning through discussions, real-world scenarios, and hands-on activities helps them internalise concepts more effectively. Consistency and practice are also key. Breaking lessons into manageable steps and reinforcing learning through repetition, feedback, and practical application ensures steady progress. When students see how language connects to their daily lives and goals, they stay motivated and confident in their learning journey.

Teaching is my passion, it allows me to combine my love for a subject with my desire to inspire and empower young minds. 

Why did you decide to teach? I love educational system since I was young and I love to make people love education like me that'swhy I decided to become a teacher.

How do you think students learn best? Children learn best in a loving, patient and fun environment. These factors are crucial for long term benefit and achieving educational goals.

What does it take to be a good teacher? A genuine passion for the subject and teaching is infectious. When you are excited about what you're teaching, it motivates your students to learn and engage with the material. A good teacher can explain concepts clearly and simply, breaking down complex ideas into understandable parts. They also listen actively to student's questions and feedback. Teaching requires patience. 

What does it take to be a good teacher? To be patient, good listener, and smooth. As all students can learn if they knew that every process takes its time, and if the teacher listened well to them so he could teach them in the most smooth and suitable way for them.

Why did you decide to teach? I had finished my degree and wanted to explore something new. I moved to Thailand and fell in love with teaching, 7 years later and it’s still one of my biggest passions!

Why did you decide to teach?  I decided to teach because I believe in the power of education to change lives. Seeing students grow, learn, and gain confidence in their abilities is incredibly rewarding. I want to inspire curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and make learning an exciting journey for my students. 

Why did you decide to teach? Teaching has always felt natural to me. I love helping others understand new things and seeing their confidence grow. That “aha” moment when a student finally gets something is incredibly rewarding. It’s not just about lessons, it’s about making learning engaging and meaningful. I enjoy connecting with people and guiding them toward their goals. Seeing their progress and knowing I played a part in it makes teaching truly fulfilling. 

Why did you decide to teach?  I decided to teach because I love helping others learn and grow. Teaching ESL, in particular, is very rewarding because language opens so many opportunities for people 

Why did you decide to teach? I have always had passion in helping others succeed, so i decided to venture into tutoring. I love how my students succeed and get better jobs because they have overcome the English language barrier.  I learned the value of precision, structure, and patience—qualities that are just as important in teaching. I realized that I could use these skills to help students not just improve their knowledge but also build confidence in their abilities. 

What goals do you have for your students? The goal I have is to help students who are struggling with certain language concept such as spelling, grammar and vocabulary. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where learners can overcome learning challenges and fill in knowledge gaps. Monitor the student progress and provide progress . Provide lesson plans that are tailored to the learner's needs and academic level. 

Why did you decide to teach? The reason I decided to teach because,I love sharing knowledge, helping people understand new ideas, and making learning engaging. 

Do you believe all students can learn? Why or why not? Yes, all students can learn. The teacher needs to figure out in which manner to teach each student as not every student learns in the same way. 

What does it take to be a good teacher? A good online ESL teacher needs strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability. Engaging lessons with interactive methods keep students interested, while cultural awareness helps build trust. Technical issues and learning challenges require quick problem-solving, and a supportive attitude boosts student confidence. Continuous learning ensures long-term success in an ever-evolving teaching environment.

How do you think students learn best? I believe students learn best through a combination of hands-on experiences, interactive discussions, and personalized support. When students are actively engaged and encouraged to explore and discover concepts on their own, they tend to retain information better and develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

How do you define learning? Learning is the continuous process of acquiring knowledge, skills, and understanding through experience, study, and practice. It involves curiosity, critical thinking, and adaptation, allowing individuals to grow, solve problems, and apply new information in meaningful ways. True learning goes beyond memorization—it’s about making connections, developing insights, and using knowledge to navigate the world effectively.

How do you think students learn best? Students learn best if the teacher shows eagerness in delivering the lesson using creative materials and the student is engage in the learning process.
