I focus on creating material adapted for the student's requirements, after that I strive to give as much practice time to the student as possible, while correcting key concepts. My aim is for the learners to achieve goals through actual practice. 

I would follow a series of steps to establish what is impeding the learner. I do this through concept checking while asking basic questions and assessing responses, this tells me how the learner is receiving and processing the given information. After which, I am able to correct it.

I plan to complete my Master's degree in the Administration of Education. Thereafter, I would like to attend further IELTS teacher training and hopefully work towards becoming an assessor.
