I use a student-centered teaching methodology that focuses on engagement, interaction, and real-life application. I incorporate communicative language teaching (CLT) to encourage speaking and practical language use, task-based learning (TBL) to give students meaningful activities, and visual and hands-on techniques to make lessons more dynamic. I also believe in differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners and keep lessons interactive with games, role-plays, and group work. 

 I motivate my students by making learning fun, interactive, and meaningful. I use games, real-life examples, and engaging activities to keep them interested. I also praise their efforts, set achievable goals, and celebrate progress to boost their confidence. Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment helps them feel comfortable and eager to participate. Most importantly, I connect lessons to their interests and everyday lives, showing them that learning English is useful and exciting. 

 I will continue to grow professionally by pursuing further education and certifications, such as an English teaching diploma. I will also attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on new teaching methods. Reading educational research and teaching books, joining teacher communities, and learning from experienced educators will help me improve. Most importantly, I will reflect on my teaching, seek feedback, and adapt my methods to better support my students.
