My classroom management style is calm, respectful, and structured. I believe in setting clear expectations from the beginning and maintaining a positive and supportive environment. I use consistent routines, gentle redirection, and positive reinforcement to keep students focused and engaged. Building mutual respect and understanding helps create a space where students feel safe, motivated, and responsible for their behavior. 

 When a learner is struggling, I first try to understand the root of the difficulty whether it’s related to language, confidence, learning style, or outside factors. I break down the material into smaller, manageable steps and use clear, simple explanations. I also adapt my teaching style to fit their needs, using visuals, examples, or hands-on activities when helpful. Most importantly, I offer patience, encouragement, and praise to build their confidence and help them stay motivated. 

Professionally, my goal is to continue developing as an educator while preparing to transition into the next phase of my career. I'm currently in my last year of university, studying Psychology and English. In the future, I’d love to combine my knowledge of human behavior and communication to support learners more effectively—possibly through educational support, content creation, or a psychology-related field. For now, I’m focused on gaining practical experience, growing my teaching skills, and building a strong foundation for what comes next.
