My professional development journey has been shaped by a genuine passion for helping others learn and grow. I started by earning my TEFL certification, which gave me a strong foundation in teaching English as a second language. From there, I began teaching online and gained hands-on experience working with students of all ages — from young children to adults — across various countries and language backgrounds.

Over the past five years, I’ve continuously refined my skills by exploring new teaching methods, incorporating technology into lessons, and learning how to adapt quickly to each student’s individual needs. I’ve also worked in admin and customer service roles, which have strengthened my communication, organization, and time management abilities.
