你为什么决定从事教学工作？ I chose to teach because I believe education is one of the most powerful tools to change lives. Teaching allows me to guide students not just in academics, but in discovering their voice, building confidence, and finding purpose. I’m passionate about helping learners realize their potential and thrive in a world that needs curious, compassionate, and capable people.

你相信所有学生都能学习吗？为什么？ Every learner brings a unique set of abilities and potential that can flourish with the right guidance, environment, and encouragement. I foster a supportive classroom that blends creativity, empathy, and real-life relevance. My approach builds student confidence, resilience, and engagement, proving that with care, adaptability, and belief in their abilities, all students are capable of meaningful growth and success. 

你为什么决定从事教学工作？  I decided to teach English online because I’ve always had a passion for communication and helping people grow. Teaching English allows me to connect with individuals from all over the world, learn about different cultures, and make a real impact in their lives by helping them gain confidence in speaking and understanding English. 

你相信所有学生都能学习吗？为什么？ Yes, I believe all students can learn. In my experience as a teacher, I’ve seen how every learner has the potential to grow when they are supported in a way that works for them. Not all students learn the same way or at the same pace, and that’s okay. What matters is creating a positive, encouraging environment and adapting to their individual needs. I believe in using a student-centered approach that helps learners feel confident, motivated, and capable. When students feel seen and supported, they become more open to learning — even if it takes time. Patience, flexibility, and encouragement go a long way in helping every student reach their potential.
